Salvation Army Sells Williamstown Industrial Facility

The 0.8-hectare site comprises a vacant office building and two warehouses with a total building area of 3650 square metres. The Salvation Army occupied the property but recently moved to another facility in Noble Park.

CB Richard Ellis selling agent Matt Williams says the new owner, a private investor, will lease the building and develop the remaining land.
