Melbourne Freeway Apex Set to See Construction of New Tower
The proposal would be prominent around the public art pieces known as the red “zipper”, and giant yellow beam, and continuing along Citylink, to the part-enclosed bridge known as the “tube”.
Vince Carbone and Gross Waddell are expecting about $10 million for the Parkville site, which stretches from Manningham Street, almost the full length to the prominent yellow CityLink wall.
The block of flats was last sold nearly years ago for $7 million.
