Saint Cloud for sale again
After not selling after more than three years on the market – then being withdrawn last June – South Yarra’s unique Saint Cloud has been relisted.
The semi-circle 900 square metre plus home at 61 Kensington Road is asking $15.5 million.
On 5600 square metres, the parcel also fronts Alexandra Avenue, opposite the Yarra River.
The dwelling was developed by businessman Peter Clark who now spends his time between Britain, Lorne, Mt Macedon and the Mornington Peninsula.
Three years ago Saint Cloud was for sale at about $10m, rising to about $12m after the 2007 property boom.
