Ron Walker’s Evolve Developments Buys Former Pacific Brands Office, Apartments Planned

Evolve Developments plans to demolish the 2-storey office building currently on the site, and build a high rise residential tower with 79 apartments, and ground floor retail.

Last month, Evolve received town planning approval to develop the site, on the corner of Flemington Road and Harcourt Street, opposite the North Melbourne Primary School, into an 8-level apartment tower.

Director Ashley Williams told The Sunday Age he expects to start marketing the North Melbourne apartments by August or September.

Evolve is also marketing COCO, a 68-unit, $35 million apartment tower on the site of a former pasta and chocolate factory at 266 High Street.
