RSL to Sell Prominent Beaumaris Facility
Knight Frank directors Michael Hede and Paul Henley are representing the RSL which last year paid $9.25 million for a 1.5 hectare site at 300 Bay Road in Cheltenham, on a part of which it plans to build a new facility.
The surplus 7000 square metres of that site was listed for sale late last year and is expected to sell for about $5.5 million.
