Ravida Group Announces Windsor Life, Prahran
The four-level, 40-unit complex will replace a building at 233 Dandenong Road, between Chapel Street and Williams Road. Apartment configurations include studios and one and two-bedroom units. All come with a car park.
Ravida managing director Don Ravida says since Windsor Life was launched last month, 19 of the apartments have sold, mostly to first-home buyers who qualify for government grants.
Apartments start at $295,000. Castran Gilbert is marketing agent.
