Pharmaceutical society sells vacant office

The Subiaco office (marked) failed to rent asking $91,850 per annum.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Western Australia has sold a small Perth office until late last year leased to ally, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.

In Subiaco, 21 Hamilton Street collected $1.9 million from the local Hodgson family, via an entity, Richmond WA.

Built in 1988, with 334 square metres and 13 car parks, the PSA occupied for 10 years.

It quit for “a more purposeful, cost-efficient and flexible working space” which could hold events – in a Spaces tenancy at 136 Stirling Highway, Nedlands.

The PSWA unsuccessfully offered 21 Hamilton St for lease last October – asking $91,850 per annum.

Sterling Property’s Jack Bradshaw negotiated the subsequent off-market sale.

“[The property’s] strategic position will benefit from the Subi East redevelopment and int ime, the transformation of the former PCH hospital into a vibrant inner-city village,” the agent said.

Subiaco is four kilometres west of Perth’s CBD.
