New Star Pays $73 Million For 414 La Trobe Street
The New Star International Property Fund will pay $73 million for the building. The price includes almost $6 million in contributions to tenant incentives. The 14,300 square metre, 17-storey building is largely leased to the Australian Taxation Office and the Department of Workplace Relations.
