CommBank backed telco commits to St Kilda Road

Vantage paid $58 million for 574 St Kilda Road in 2019.

Vantage Property Investments has secured a CommBank backed telco to two levels of a St Kilda Road office it bought in 2019.

More Telecom has leased 1180 square metres across levels eight and nine of #574.

Founded by brothers Andrew and Richard Branson in 2013, the group is presently a little closer to town, at Albert Road, South Melbourne.

JLL’s Matt Szakiel and Sam Torrance were the agents.

CommBank own a 25 per cent interest in More (story continues below).

Vantage paid $58 million for the nine level office, once Bic’s headquarters.

Also today we are reporting an asset Vantage recently divested a half stake in – the ex-Australia on Collins in the CBD – is set for a revamp and rename after two major lease agreements, one to an office occupier for the former food court.
