Austal leases waterfront Fremantle office
Global shipbuilder Austal has leased the final two floors of the waterfront Marine House in Fremantle, bringing the building to full occupancy.
The 1800 square metre deal comes five years since the office at 1 Essex Street underwent a refurbishment, raising the quality to A-grade.
Peter Russell of Maali Pty Ltd is the landlord (continues below).

Marine House is about 12 kilometres from Austal’s headquarters at Henderson.
