Mr Donut HQ for sale

The corner site is being marketed for its development upside.

The long time Mordialloc headquarters of Mr Donut is for sale.

Mr Donut has occupied 292-306 Lower Dandenong Road since 2004.

At 292-306 Lower Dandenong Road, on the south east corner of Sibthorpe Street, opposite Goodman’s Chifley Business Park, BMW Brighton and Moorabbin Airport, the asset is being offered vacant but with plant and machinery including an automated donut line, imported from the United States, and Italian freezers.

For potential occupiers, the business could be sold with the property; the business supplies to Coles, Woolworths and independent stores.

Alternatively the existing structure could be let out as an investment, possibly after a refurbishment; two thirds of the 5245 square metres is warehousing, nearly a fifth (18 per cent) is offices while 15pc is cold storage.

Stonebridge’s Dylan Kilner, Jacob Biviano, Rorey James and Chao Zhang are representing the Argiriadis family, which established Mr Donut at Springvale in 1979 and moved to 292-306 Lower Dandenong Rd in 2004 (story continues below).

A production line imported from the USA at the Mordialloc property.

For years before then, the property was Lucas Industries’ headquarters.

Mordialloc is 24 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD.
