New 32-Level TIARA Apartment Complex Earmarked For Opposite Crown Casino, Southbank

Apartment Superstore general manager Ariel Brukarz is marketing Tiara. He said prices start at $361,600 for a one-bedroom unit, and $533,800 for two-bedroom apartments.

Construction of Tiara should start early next year, Mr Brukarz said, and be completed by mid to late 2011.

The Southbank site was owned by a group of Melbourne businessmen who obtained a development permit, but is reported to have sold to another and undisclosed developer, earlier this week.
