Galvin Construction First Tenant at Les Smith’s 108 Power Street Hawthorn Office

GormanKelly director Sandro Peluso, who is marketing 108 Power Street with Robert Kelly, confirmed the Galvin deal but would not comment on rents. The building was being marketed online at a rental of about $340 square metre, per annum.
 
Mr Peluso said incentive levels, the discount owners give to tenants in order to secure a lease, average a low 7 per cent in Hawthorn. In other suburbs where office supply exceeds demand more than Hawthorn, incentives can hover around 15 and 20 per cent.
