More Northcote Land Rezoned For Residential Use

The Northcote Bingo Centre, Northcote Bowl and Northcote Pottery site (which is actually in Thornbury) are being rebuilt mostly as apartment or townhouse based villages. A major apartment tower has also been developed overlooking the suburb’s All Nations Park.
