Liam Shiels lists in Hawthorn East

The Hawthorn East home is expected to sell for over $1.5 million.

Recently retired AFL player Liam Shiels and his wife, Claire, are selling out of Hawthorn East’s Roseberry Street.

The pair can expect between $1.5-$1.6 million for the two bedroom terrace on 272 square metres at 14 Roseberry Street, near the Camberwell Junction.

The midfielder paid $900,000 in July, 2011.

The c1900 Victorian has subsequently been retained as a rental.

Jellis Craig Bundoora’s Michael Wood and Mark Pezzin are the agents (story continues below).

Liam Shiels played in three Hawthorn premiership teams.

Mr Shiels, who played in three premiership teams for Hawthorn, then in 2022 joined North Melbourne, announced his retirement in August.
