Gnarwarre for sale at $8m
Racehorse owner and tuna farmer Tony Santic is offloading a 1725 hectare lifestyle property at Gnarwarre, west of Geelong.
Roxby Park, where three-time Melbourne Cup winning racehorse Makybe Diva is retired and has bred, is expected to sell for about $8 million.
Acquired from Steve Vizard in 2004, the estate includes 13 dams, 14 paddocks, water storage tanks and about 20 kilometres of fencing.
