Landcom sells south west Sydney site to developer
Landcom has sold a major Jannali site zoned C2 – limiting development outcomes to recreation and tourism – for a spectacularly low $41,000, or $3.99 per square metre, five per cent of Sydney’s median.
Revelop is the buyer of 145-153 Sutherland Road; it is planning an investment of this type, possibly including canopy tours through part of heavily treed 1.027 hectare block abutting a major forested area, the Burnum Burnum Sanctuary and the Woronara River.
The Parramatta based buyer was represented at auction last week by Costi Cohen’s Tas Costi.

Jannali is about 22 kilometres south of Sydney’s CBD.
