James Coppell Lee workshop, City, to be Sold
The 2,737 square metre development site, which also has rear street access to Jeffcot Street, will be sold with a permit for a 12-level, 186-unit mixed use apartment building, which CBRE selling agents Mark Wizel and Mat Kent say could be “improved upon”.
The James Coppell site is expected to sell for more than $10 million, based on current market land values of about $4,000 per square metre.
