GPT commits logistics group to Truganina

Glen Cameron Group will occupy the building marked ‘stage two’.

The GPT Group has secured Glen Cameron Group to a major industrial property at its Gateway Logistics Hub, in Truganina.

The 23,720 square metre building on 3.87 hectares at 2-10 Prosperity Street is due for completion in two months.

About 800 sqm of it is configured as offices.

The warehouse has a 13.7 metre ridge height.

CBRE’s Tom Hayes and Harry Kalaitzis were the leasing agents; the asset is known as stage two of the project.

The Bayswater based occupier, part of the Camerons group, occupies over 100,000 sqm of industrial space (story continues below).

Gateway filling up

The Glen Cameron deal comes 18 months since GPT secured its first two tenants at the 23ha business park – Godfrey Hirst, for 14,406 sqm, and Petstock (12,082 sqm).

Earlier this year, the landlord committed The Hut Group for five years to a 29,800 sqm building – known as stage three.

Another c60,000 sqm of product is expected to be delivered.
