Foodie, printer lease Noble Park warehouses

The Overseas Drive property was once occupied by Leader.

Two tenants have secured a combined 5728 square metres of warehouse space at Noble Park, in Melbourne’s south east.

At 189 Browns Road, Prima Printing has leased 3149 square metres for five-year term, in a move that allows the company to expand directly opposite its existing operations.

It is paying c$135 per sqm, per annum, CBRE agents Patrick Noone, Fraser Pearce and Alex Grima, said.

Meanwhile, food manufacturer Sunrise Valley Foods has leased at 35–37 Overseas Drive, relocating from nearby Springvale (continues below).

It is paying c$140 per sqm pa for that 2479 sqm space.

Mr Noone with Commercial & Industrial’s Andrew Louden were the agents.
