EY has renewed it anchor tenancy at Sydney’s distinctive 200 George Street.

The 25,850 square metre deal runs until December, 2036.

The consultancy giant has occupied nine years.

Known as the EY Centre, the 37 storey, 39,200 sqm asset is owned by M&G Real Estate and Mirvac, the latter which bought its 50pc stake from AMP in 2022, for $575 million.

“The…EY Centre has been one of our most outstanding achievements to  date,” Mirvac chief executive officer, Investment, Richard Seddon, said

“It’s also our head office and home to the Mirvac Sydney team – and a place we are immensely proud of,” he added.

In Melbourne meanwhile, EY recently moved from 8 Exhibition St to an ex-Australia Post space near the Bourke Street Mall, owned by Charter Hall and GIC.
