Developers Shave $1.35 Million From Price of Unsold New Birchgrove Apartment

The asking price for an unsold three-bedroom apartment has been reduced to $4.9 million, from a list price of $6.25 million last August.

LJ Hooker is currently marketing a four-bedroom penthouse apartment in the project via an Expression of Interest campaign.

SJB and Sunland recently won a Housing Industry Association Apartment Development of the Year award for the project, which is identified by dramatic aluminium screens on its facade.
