Colonial First State opens $185 Million Extension of its Chatswood Chase Centre, Sydney

Colonial paid $503.2 million for an interest in the centre in 2003, according to The Australian. In 2007 it bought the remaining part for $281.5 million.

There is still scope for a further 10,000 square metres of retail space down the track.
