Cedar Woods buys small site to expand housing estate
Cedar Woods has bought a Burpengary site to expand its sell-out Sage housing estate.
The parcel at the corner of Hauton and Conifer roads will yield 39 dwellings.
It will bring to 440 the number of homes since the community was launched for public sale in 2022.
In the Moreton Bay growth corridor, Burpengary is about 40 kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD (continues below).
Cedar Woods said the land will be offered for sale in stages from next year.
“Both the Moreton Bay and Logan regions are experiencing significant growth, with population projections indicating a combined increase of over one million people by 2046,” development director, Blair Britton, said.
