Brisbane City Council Leases 8000 Square Metres at Brisbane Transit Centre
Brisbane City Council will sublet part of the space to water services group Queensland Urban Utilities.
Asking rents are about $450 to $460 per square metre, per annum, according to the AFR which reported the lease deal, however incentives (a discount a landlord offers a tenant to secure a tenancy) are about 20 per cent, which is high.
The Brisbane City Council will relocate from 175 Ann Street.
