Bin hire giants bag west Melbourne warehouses
Victoria Skip Bins and Westlink Bin Hire have leased two warehouses on one site at Laverton North.
The 5058 square metre property, 44 Fitzgerald Road, will earn $200,000 starting annual rent with fixed four per cent yearly rent rises.
The building area totals 2075 sqm.
There is also a 640 sqm central canopy.

Laverton North is 18 kilometres west of Melbourne’s CBD.
