BDM Vircon switches South Brisbane HQ

The A-grade Grey Street office has Brisbane River views.

BDM Vircon has upsized within South Brisbane.

The construction modelling group will move closer to South Bank station, to AMP Capital’s 199 Grey Street, where it has leased 1118 square metres.

Starting annual rent for the A-grade space is $630 per sqm, per annum.

It will relocate from Growthpoint’s 32 Cordelia St, which like 199 Grey, was completed about 15 years ago.

CBRE’s Matt O’Brien and Andrew Carlton were the agents (story continues below).

“We have found that organisations are now preferencing assets that offer diversified onsite amenities and can offer outdoor zones providing an optimum environment for collaboration and engagement,” Mr O’Brien said.

Direct office vacancy in the area is less than three per cent, he added.

BUMA, RSP and Octopus Deploy are amongst other occupies in the 14 level, 12,025 sqm Grey St office.
