Transport group leases two CapitaLand sheds

Warehouse A, 5-9 Murtha Street, has a breezeway.

Canberra based Tony Innaimo Transport has leased two sheds at Sydney’s west Arndell Park.

Warehouse C, 5-9 Murtha Street, contains 7286 square metres.

Warehouses A and C, at 5-9 Murtha Street, contain a total 20,061 square metres.

Singapore listed CapitaLand is the landlord.

CBRE’s Moshe Greengarten, Adam Tresidder and John Micallef were the agents.

“This is the second deal with the tenant that CBRE has negotiated in as many years,” the agents said.

“CBRE has also been able to assist both the tenant and CapitaLand interstate in securing a new distribution centre,” he added.

Another deal for CapitaLand

Warehouse A in Murtha St is the larger of the properties – with 12,775 square metres (story continues below).

CapitaLand recently purchased 120 Spencer Street.

It also includes nine loading docks, compared to four, at Building C.

Both have a clearance of over 10.8 metres.

The TI Transport deal comes seven months since the diversified investor paid CBRE Investment Management $325m for an office at 120 Spencer St, opposite Southern Cross Station, in Melbourne’s CBD.

In January CapitaLand, for its integrated Commercial Trust, outlaid $422m for a half stake in North Sydney’s Greenwood Plaza and neighbouring office, 101-103 Miller St.

That seller was Nuveen.

Mirvac owns the balance.
