Baycrown to Develop East Doncaster Site

Selling agent, Colliers International’s Peter Bremner, said Baycrown would utilise the planning permit and intended to commence the circa $15 million project as soon as possible.

Situated on the corner of 877- 883 Doncaster Road and 1 Norman St, the property covers an area of 3160 square metres with a frontage of approximately 70 metres to Doncaster Rd and includes five leased houses providing the purchaser with the benefit of short-term income.

Mr Bremner said the site was ideally situated for a residential development.

“The property is located in an established residential area, close to schools, reserves, public transport and freeways, is approximately two kilometres west of the Westfield Doncaster Shopping Town and has the benefit of income from the five houses,’’ he said.
