Australian Volunteers International to Sell Fitzroy Terraces
AVI can expect to pocket about $1.85 million for the properties, which it has used as offices. Jones Lang LaSalle directors Dominic Gibson and Steve Messina said three inter-connected, double-storey terraces at 76, 78 and 80 Kerr Street, would be sold as one. A single-storey terrace at 82 will be sold separately.
AVI owns more property in Fitzroy, including a large office in Argyle Street, near the properties it has just listed for sale.
