Australian Unity to Sell $19 Million Prahran Properties
However selling agency Colliers International says the Prahran medical centre sites offer future development potential, while also providing a rental income, currently $1.55 million, per annum.
It’s expected to sell for about $19 million.
Colliers directors Pat Burke and Peter Bremner are representing Australian Unity, which will use the proceeds from the Prahran asset sale to develop other properties in its fund. Australian Unity owns 20 healthcare properties nationally including hospitals, medical centres and clinics.
