Australand Wins UDIA Award For Torquay Project

The Quay Estate in Torquay was named Victoria’s “Best Residential Development of More Than 250 Lots”, at the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s annual Victorian Awards of Excellence, held last week.

The coastal project is the brainchild of high-rise apartment builder Australand, and development partners Intrapac Projects and Gersh Investments.

The Quay Estate was launched four years ago and is being developed in stages, on former farmland around Horseshoe Bend Road.

Blocks in the newest Fischer Street release* range from 425 square metres to 680 square metres, and start from $183,000.
