Construction of A’Beckett Tower to Start Soon
The A’Beckett Tower will be developed at 19 – 37 A’Beckett Street, on one of eight sites recently sold by Abaris Printing and Publishing.
Abaris sold the site to prominent chef Paul Mathis in 2006, who onsold it to Pan Urban the last year. Pan Urban is headed by prominent developer and magazine publisher Morry Schwartz.
Architect Elenberg Fraser has designed A’Beckett Tower, which will retain an old warehouse shell at ground level.
Just 37 units are available in the project, which is being marketed by Colliers International Residential managing director Tim Storey.
