Ashwood Reception Centre Relisted For Sale as Development Site
The Ashwood Reception Centre was put to the market earlier this year with a different agent but failed to sell. It is expected the site will sell for around $5.5 million.
Judd White Real Estate Glen Waverley is marketing the property, which will be sold with a Residential 1 zoning, but no permit.
Elsewhere in the area, the federal and state governments are embarking on a $140 million public-private housing initiative, affecting six sites in Ashwood and Chadstone.
