Advanced Paediatric Life Support Leases New Melbourne CBD HQ
Advanced Paediatric Life Support will quit Melbourne’s inner-city of Collingwood (pictured, right), for a sophisticated new city head office.
APLS has leased 739 square metres at 505 Little Lonsdale Street, a building which once accommodated the State Revenue Office. Its paying rent in the “high $300s” per square metre, per annum, before incentives.
Credit Suisse owns 505 Little Collins Street.
