AsheMorgan flips industrial investment

The Larapinta property contains 13,886 square metres.

AsheMorgan has sold one of three properties acquired as a portfolio early last year from CapitaLand.

An occupier bought 77 Logistics Place, Larapinta, following an expressions of interest campaign.

The result is as yet unknown, but believed to be a premium.

AsheMorgan paid $27.84m – a 6.4 per cent passing yield, with a lease expiring to McPhee Distribution Servies in mid-2028.

On 2.55 hectares, also exposed to Logan Motorway, near a Woolworths distribution centre, it contains 13,886 square metres.

There are also 146 at-grade car parks.

CBRE’s Matthew Frazer-Ryan, Chris O’Brien, Andrew Bell and Peter Turnbull with Colliers’ Gavin Bishop, Sean Thomson, David Brisk and Nick Evans were the agents.

Larapinta is about 30 kilometres south of Brisbane’s CBD.
