Outgoing Tennis Australia boss lists waterfront home
Outgoing Tennis Australia boss Craig Tiley and wife, Alicia, are selling the beachfront home for which they paid a suburb record price in 2022.
The pair are expected to record a loss on the sale of the c2000 square metre Aspendale holding – which carries a guide of c$11.5 million.
They paid $13.1m.
The modern two level home contains three living rooms and four bedrooms and a garage for four cars.
The waterfront site includes a tennis court, swimming pool and spa.
Belle Property’s Garry Donovan is the agent.
An auction is expected in May if the property doesn’t sell before (continues below).
Aspendale is 27 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
US bound
Mr Tiley has headed Tennis Australia since 2013 also serving as the Australian Open tournament director.
He is moving for a chief executive officer role with the Tennis Association, headquartered in White Plains, New York.
