Trustee sells Surry Hills office, shop, car parks

The retail component spreads 229 square metres.

Aspen Group paid $8.01 million at auction this week for a strata titled office and shop and a dozen car parks, in a prominent Surry Hills building.

The office component, lot 24, 99-115 Flinders Street, is the biggest – spreading 1517 square metres.

It is also vacant.

Aspen plans to occupy about half and rent out the balance.

The 229 sqm retail space, lot 25, is tenanted.

The offering also includes six tandem car parks.

The building occupies a c1400 sqm Mixed Use 1 zoned site a kilometre from the CBD.
