370 Docklands Drive Sale Dumped

Developers Austcorp and Yarracity expected to make about $48 million from the sale, after signing a deal with education provider Carrick Institute of Education for the entire building.

Savills selling agent Matt Kent confirmed the property had been withdrawn from sale, but declined to elaborate.

It is not known if the property will be put to the market at a later date.

Owners of the South Wharf office building, also in Docklands, withdrew their office from the market earlier this year after it failed to attract the $160 million they wanted.
