FORMER AFL Premiership player Shannon Grant is selling an investment property at 180 Beach Road in Mordialloc. Any redevelopment of the site would offer unobstructed views of Port Phillip, and the controversial life-sized bronze horse sculpture, erected on the Mordialloc beach foreshore last August.
