Growthpoint secures Moderna to Mulgrave

Moderna has leased 1250 square metres at Building C, 211 Wellington Street.

Growthpoint has secured Moderna to part of a Mulgrave office it bought on a funds through basis nine years ago.

The pharmaceutical giant has leased 1250 square metres and 50 car parks a at Building C, 211 Wellington Street, not far from the Australian Synchrotron.

The group occupies many Melbourne offices including its local headquarters at 101 Collins St.

The five floor, A-grade 10,289 sqm building, with onsite childcare, and abutting a five storey, 598 bay car park, cost Growthpoint $50.9m – of which $7m was attributable to the 1.11 hectare block (story continues below).
