The Zig Inge Group deal comes after plans to sell the 39 St Georges Road home to Geelong-based company Sagal Jackson fell over late last year.
 
It is expected Zig Inge will eventually lodge plans to build a residential project, or high end retirement community on the one hectare site. RT Edgar marketed the property.
