Work on $90 Million Kithbrooke Park Development, Torquay, Commences

Project manager Rina Neustroski told Capital Gain that 112 units within the first stage of the development had sold, with about 50 per cent of buyers coming from the Surf Coast area.

The development differs from other over-55 communities, Ms Neustroski said, by including homes on relatively large blocks of about 300 to 500 square metres. The climate-controlled homes were available in popular housing styles, such as the Californian bungalow, she said.
