The agreement is for an initial seven years.

“Western Sydney continues to attract major national and international retail brands and the growth of organisations such as Williams-Sonoma will see the region expand rapidly, underpinning the creation of thousands of construction and operational jobs over the next 10 years”, FPI’s general manager, North Region, Ian Barter, said.

The deal comes seven months after Toyota subsidiary Hino committed to a 9230 sqm complex next door, within the 10 hectare business park.
