VicUrban Announces Plans for $100 Million Office and Apartment Complex, Abutting Footscray Train Station

It’s speculated the project could have an end value of around $100 million. The proposal will include the realigning of a roundabout, designed to better connect the project to Footscray’s Central Activity District.

VicUrban said it is looking for design solutions consistent with Melbourne @ 5 Million planning policy outcomes.

Several major Footscray development sites have sold this year including the former Flinkers car yard site in Hopkins Street for $5.25 million, and the Forges buildings, in Nicholson Street, for almost $16 million.
