Trans Australian Freight Management fills Frasers’ West Park

Trans Australian Freight Management will rent the front portion of a larger warehouse.

Trans Australian Freight Management will enter the Victorian market after renting a Truganina facility from Frasers Property Industrial.

The occupier has leased 61 Sunline Drive for five years.

The 6618 square metre office/warehouse adjoins a factory which was pre-committed by Arlec at the 310 hectare West Park Industrial Estate, which has been taking shape since 2004, about 22 kilometres west of Melbourne.

FPI said with the Trans Australian Freight Management agreement, the business park is complete.

CEVA Logistics rents several properties there including a landmark 16.6ha distribution centre in Doriemus Drive (story continues below).

In February, that occupier pre-committed to a 37,307 sqm warehouse – which the landlord said was the last vacant slice of the park – at 8 Archer Rd.

Australia Post, CTI Logistics, DB Schenker, Dunlop Goodyear and National Tiles are other neighbours.

Knight Frank’s Joel Davy found Trans Australian Freight Management, which services New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria.
