Modular Building Systems leases new Ingleburn warehouse from Stockland
Modular Building Systems has rented an Ingleburn distribution centre recently completed by Stockland.
Building 3B, 37-39 Stennett Rd, within Ingleburn Logistics Park, was committed within a fortnight of the first inspection.
The property includes an 11,217 square metre warehouse with 10 metre clearance, five on-grade shutter doors and sunken docks covered by a 12m awning.
Outside, it has full drive around B-double access and there is a 38m truck forecourt (story continues below).
The occupier intends to use 3B, 37-39 Stennett Rd for overflow storage, according to JLL leasing agents Stephen Chronopoulos, Greg Pike and Bella Cass.
The space was being marketed at about $107.50 per sqm, per annum.
Ingleburn is about 40 kilometres south west of Sydney.
