Toorak’s Little Milton Hits The Market, Price Expectations Circa $13 Million

The house is in the vicinity of two landmark Toorak homes.

In the immediate area is Bedford, the opulent mansion of shopping  centre owner John Gandel, recently estimated by agents to be worth between $45 – $50 million. Mr Gandel is also said to own Victoria’s most expensive holiday home – a compound he has been accumulating in stages at Merricks, and speculated to have a land value of $30 million alone.

Also around Little Milton, is Whernside, the historic mansion of retail magnate Solomon Lew, estimated by agents to be worth between $35 – $40 million – possibly much more, depending on the quality of fixtures and fittings.

RT Edgar’s Jeremy Fox is marketing Little Milton for private sale. It’s estimated to fetch between $12 and $14 million, after an EOI closing at 5pm on Friday May 27.
