Timeless buys neighbouring Brisbane industrial sites

Timeless Property has swooped on two serviced, benched and retained sites at Goodman Group’s Redbank Motorway Estate.

All up covering 3.36 hectares, lots 36 and 37 – also known as 31 and 25 Montgomery Street are speculated to be selling for $20.1 million

Approved for A-double and B-double trucks, the parcels are expected to make way for at least two standalone improvements.

Timeless rejected an option to shrink the larger lot – #36 – from 1.8ha to 1.47ha.

Occupiers in the estate, about 26 kilometres south west of Brisbane’s CBD, include Australia Post, Bapcor, CHEP, Coles, DB Schenker and Fedex.
