Cadence banks $12.8m from Melbourne site

Charlie Buxton’s Cadence Property Group has quietly sold an industrial development site in an outer south east Melbourne growth corridor.

The 2.43 hectare parcel, Lot 7, 330 Cardinia Road, Officer South, part of the South Point Estate, found favour with Grove Group for $12.77 million.

The buyer intends to expand its neighbouring operation.

“The sale underscores the continued demand for quality industrial land in Melbourne’s south east growth corridor, particularly from local businesses looking to secure their future in the area,” JLL’s Ned Murphy, who brokered the deal with Lachlan Ferguson and Stephen Adgemis, said.

Officer South is 50 kilometres from the CBD.
